LIVE AUCTION BIDDING TERMS:

 

TERMS: All bidding and payments are in US Dollars, unless otherwise noted for a specific auction. Buyers will be billed by the respective seller(s) and/or sale manager(s). All buyers will make payment with the seller(s) or sale management team for the respective sale before any cattle are loaded for shipment unless prior arrangements have been made with the seller(s) and/or sale management staff. Livestock World, Inc. does not utilize BUYERS PREMIUMS. In the event of a BUYERS PREMIUM for a specific sale, it will be advertised on the sale website.

 

CONDITIONS:

All bidders on live auctions broadcasted by Livestock World, Inc. agree to these terms; by placing bids, they are entering into a binding contract between themselves and the seller(s) and that they will be held financially responsible for their actions. Livestock World, Inc. acts only as an agent between buyer and seller and may not be held responsible for any livestock merchandise. It is clear that Livestock World, Inc. and its representatives act only as a means between buyer and seller, and may not be held liable, financially or otherwise, for any failure on the part of the same to fulfill any obligations set forth in the sale or for the truths of any warranties expressed or implied. The information stated in the online sale catalog has been prepared by Livestock World, Inc. from the information provided by the seller(s) and is assumed to be fully accurate as presented to us. Livestock World, Inc. will not be held liable, financially or otherwise, for any incorrect information presented in the online sale catalogs or sale materials. The sales of any livestock will sell under the terms and conditions set forth by the seller(s) and will be so advertised for each specific sale. All sale conditions and terms are subject to change at any time and all announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed materials.

 

LIABILITY: Livestock World, Inc. is not responsible for injury or accidents. Animal(s) become property of the new buyer immediately after being sold. Following the auction, Livestock World, Inc. strongly recommends that all new owners procure mortality insurance on their purchases. Livestock World, Inc. nor seller(s) cannot be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of animal(s) being sold. Livestock World, Inc. assumes no liability for accidents or injuries that occur. Livestock World, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any technical delays, or losses during the auction by prospective bidder(s), seller(s) and/or buyer(s).

 

 

TIMED ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

TERMS: All bidding and payments are in US Dollars, unless otherwise noted for a specific auction. Accepted payment forms are: corporate or personal check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express all immediately negotiable. A 4% Credit Card convenience charge will be placed on all credit card purchases (Accepted - Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express). All payments are to be made to Livestock World, Inc. - And Sent to – 2028 Brownstone Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Late fees are subject to a 15% finance charge after the seventh day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder will be denied access to future auctions. Payments by credit card must be called in to office at the conclusion of the sale – Livestock World, Inc. (434) 962-3993 to complete this process by phone. Livestock World, Inc. does not utilize BUYERS PREMIUMS. In the event of a BUYERS PREMIUM for a specific sale, it will be advertised on the sale website.

INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to the new buyer registered by e-mail at the close of bidding and sale. If you do not receive invoice by e-mail immediately following the close of the auction, please contact (434) 962-3993. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and immediately reported to the Credit Bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not based on financing. Livestock World, Inc. reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in the seven days after the close of the auction.

 

TRUCKING: Each buyer is responsible for making their own trucking arrangements thru seller(s). Trucking arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately following the sale. NO animal(s) will be delivered until payment is made in full.

HEALTH PAPERS: Health papers will be furnished by the seller(s) upon request for each animal. Any exportable animal(s) for international shipment that may require special testing will be at buyer's expense unless otherwise discussed with seller(s) before the auction.

 

EMBRYO & SEMEN: Embryos and semen will be sold in terms of so much times the number of units being sold. Buyer(s) of any embryos and/or semen will be responsible for all shipping costs. Embryos and/or semen sold will be noted if they are exportable to other countries in the footnote section of each lot. All costs associated with shipment internationally for embryos and/or semen are the responsibility of the buyer(s).
